The medium-soft AmeriSleep AS4 is a memory foam mattress constructed of three different layers, totaling 12 inches in height. The amalgamation of the memory foam, comfort layer and the poly foam provides a right mix of pressure relief and support. Each surface offers a specific feature for body contouring, enhanced comfort, pressure relieving sleep and deep compression support.
